Service Description
Our Underarm Wax for Men removes hair from the underarm area using non-strip hot wax, ideal for thicker hair and sensitive skin. This method provides a more comfortable experience than shaving, with smoother results that last longer and reduce regrowth irritation. Whether for hygiene, appearance, or athletic comfort, it’s a quick and effective way to stay fresh. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with open wounds, sunburn, or skin irritation in the area. • Avoid if using retinoids, strong exfoliants, or undergoing laser/chemical treatments near the underarms. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for optimal results. • Avoid deodorants, hot showers, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours post-treatment. • A soothing balm is applied after waxing to reduce redness and calm the skin. • Regular waxing can help slow regrowth and make future treatments more comfortable.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
