Do you do couples massage?
No, unfortunately, we can not do couples' massages. Due to layout limitations, we can see you and your significant other at the same time but not in the same room.

Do you offer home visit services?
No, we currently do not offer home visit services.

Yes we work with children as long as they are accompanied by their legal guardian.

Yes, all clients are required to complete a health questionnaire before their therapy session. This allows our therapists to understand your medical history and treatment goals, ensuring a personalised and effective session. The therapist will also conduct a brief consultation to tailor the treatment to your specific needs, addressing any ailments or areas of discomfort.

Do you sell gift cards?
Artisa Spa provides customers with the option to purchase either e-gift vouchers or physical gift cards.
E-gift cards can be easily purchased online here, while physical gift cards are only available for purchase at our reception desk in-store.
