Yes everyone needs to fill one before beginning a session. Additionally your therapist will conduct a short consultation to learn your medical history and desired results from the session. We use only professional, heated massage tables in every therapy session.

What information do I have to provide to book an appointment?

To book an appointment with us we would need your full name, e-mail and mobile number. Please note that all your personal information is protected in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. The information we ask is in order to ensure a fully professional service.

Do you work with children?

Yes we work with children as long as they are accompanied by their legal guardian.
