Designed specifically for delicate, reactive skin, our Sensitive Skin Deep Cleansing Facial offers all the benefits of a traditional deep cleanse—without the irritation. This 60-minute treatment begins with a gentle cleanse and mild exfoliation to remove impurities and smooth the skin, followed by calming steam and minimal, targeted extractions (if appropriate). A soothing, anti-inflammatory mask is then applied to reduce redness and strengthen the skin’s barrier, finishing with hydrating serums tailored to calm and rebalance. Ideal for those with sensitive, redness-prone, or fragile skin seeking clarity, comfort, and lasting calm. 🚫 Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with severe rosacea, eczema flare-ups, or open lesions (please consult our team). • Extractions will be adjusted or avoided based on individual sensitivity. 🔹 Good to Know: • Products are selected specifically for sensitive skin—free from harsh acids, fragrances, and common irritants. • Avoid strong skincare products and heat exposure for 24–48 hours post-treatment. • Regular treatments can help strengthen the skin barrier and reduce long-term sensitivity.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
