Our professional cluster lash removal uses a specialised, salon-grade remover to dissolve adhesive safely, allowing clusters to glide off without pulling on your natural lashes. Your therapist will cleanse the eye area, remove any residue, and finish with a soothing, nourishing treatment to condition and protect your natural lashes—so they feel light, clean, and comfortable again. 🚫 Restrictions: • Not suitable during active eye infections, severe irritation, or immediately after eye surgery. • If you suspect an allergic reaction (redness, swelling, burning), please inform us before your appointment; medical guidance may be advised. • Contact lenses must be removed prior to treatment. 🔹 Good to Know: • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes (no mascara, eyeliner, or oils). • Avoid DIY removal—pulling or picking can damage natural lashes and irritate the eyelids. • After removal, keep the eye area clean and dry for the rest of the day and avoid rubbing. • Considering a new set? We recommend a brief break plus a patch test if you’re new to our lash services. • Regular use of a lash conditioner/serum can help maintain lash strength post-removal.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
