Service Description
Our Full Arm & Hand Wax for Men removes hair from the shoulders (optional), upper arms, lower arms, wrists, and hands, including fingers. Using professional-grade strip wax, this treatment delivers a smooth, long-lasting finish—ideal for athletes, professionals, or anyone who prefers a groomed appearance without the upkeep of daily shaving. Treatment Options: ✔ Full Arm & Hand – From shoulder to fingertip for complete arm smoothness ✔ Full Arm, Hand & Shoulders – Includes the tops and sides of shoulders for a seamless upper body finish 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with sunburn, open wounds, active skin irritation, or certain skin conditions. • Avoid if using retinoids or undergoing laser or chemical treatments in the area. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for optimal results. • Exfoliate gently 24 hours prior to reduce the risk of ingrown hairs. • Avoid sun exposure, tight clothing, and heat for 24–48 hours after treatment. • A calming post-wax lotion is applied to soothe the skin and reduce redness.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
