Service Description
Our Extended Bikini Line Wax goes beyond the standard bikini tidy, removing more hair from the sides, along the top, and slightly inside the bikini line—without going fully Brazilian. It's ideal if you want a more defined shape while still keeping some coverage. We use non-strip hot wax to ensure a more comfortable and gentle experience on sensitive skin, leaving the area smooth, neat, and ready for anything. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with skin infections, open wounds, or recent sunburn. • Avoid if using retinoids, acne treatments, or undergoing laser/peel treatments in the area. 🔹Good to Know: • Hair should be at least 0.5cm long for effective removal. • Exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment and avoid heat (hot showers, steam, sun) for 24–48 hours after. • A calming gel is applied post-wax to soothe and protect the skin. • We can perform waxing during menstruation—just wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup. • Cancellations or rescheduling due to menstruation are subject to our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
