Your treatment flows through four diamond-powered phases: a diamond exfoliating cleanser to gently resurface and smooth, a diamond activator to brighten and energise, a lifting massage with diamond massage crème to stimulate circulation and soften fine lines, and a cocooning diamond mask to seal in hydration for a radiant, glass-like glow. You’ll leave with skin that looks refined, hydrated, and beautifully lit from within. 🚫 Restrictions: • Not suitable for very sensitive or highly reactive skin, active acne flare-ups, open lesions, or recent sunburn. • Please avoid retinoids, strong acids, or professional peels for 5–7 days before and after treatment. • Inform us of any skincare allergies or if you’re pregnant—pregnancy-friendly modifications are available. 🔹 Good to Know: • A brilliant choice before events—results are immediate and glow-enhancing. • Expect a soft, polished finish with reduced roughness and improved radiance. • Post-care: avoid heat (steam, sauna, hot yoga) and exfoliants for 24–48 hours, and apply SPF 30+ daily. • For longer-lasting brightness, consider a series of treatments every 3–4 weeks and maintain hydration at home.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
