This treatment begins with a thorough cleanse and exfoliation to clear away dead skin cells, followed by gentle extractions (if needed) and a purifying mask to detoxify the skin. A soothing hydration boost leaves your skin feeling fresh, balanced, and revitalised. Ideal for those prone to congestion, oiliness, or dullness. 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with highly sensitive skin or active skin conditions (please consult our team). • May cause mild redness post-treatment due to extractions. 🔹Good to Know: • Best results are seen with regular facials and a good home skincare routine. • Avoid makeup and harsh skincare products for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
