Service Description
Enjoy a beautifully balancing treatment that combines skin-smoothing exfoliation with full-body relaxation. Your experience begins with a 30-minute full-body scrub, where your chosen blend gently buffs away dull, dry skin to reveal a softer, brighter glow. You’ll then rinse in the private shower inside your treatment room, before settling back for a 60-minute relaxing massage using selected oils and hydrating lotions to deeply nourish the skin, restore comfort, and leave you feeling utterly renewed. Scrub Options (choose 1): ⚪ Shea Butter & Avocado Scrub ⚫ Black Pepper & Menthol Scrub 🔴 Pomegranate Sugar Scrub 🔵 Cranberry & Passion Fruit Sugar Scrub 🟠Mandarin & Black Pepper Sugar Scrub 🚫Restrictions: • Not suitable for guests with sunburn, open cuts/wounds, active skin infections, or highly irritated/sensitive skin (please consult our team). • Please avoid shaving or waxing 24 hours before your treatment to reduce the risk of sensitivity. • If you are pregnant, please refer to our pregnancy massage treatment page for added limitations. 🔹Good to Know: • For best results, hydrate well before and after. • Avoid heat (steam/sauna/hot baths) and vigorous exfoliation for 24–48 hours afterwards to keep skin calm and glowing.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
