Service Description
Reset your skin and senses with this perfectly paired treatment. Begin with a 90-minute body experience: a 30-minute full-body scrub to buff away dullness and leave skin silky-smooth, followed by a rinse in the private in-room shower. You’ll then unwind with a 60-minute relaxing massage, performed with selected oils and hydrating lotions to replenish moisture and nourish the skin after exfoliation. Your ritual continues with a 45-minute Cleansing Facial, designed to gently purify, exfoliate, and hydrate—leaving your complexion fresh, balanced, and radiant. Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
