Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms and Conditions:
a. Artisa Spa gift cards ("Gift Cards") are issued and operated by Artisa Spa, a massage spa located at 359 High Road Leyton, London, E10 5NA and can be purchased online at our website www.artisaspa.co.uk ("Website").
b. By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Gift Card Validity and Redemption:
a. Gift Cards are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
b. Gift Cards can only be redeemed for services offered at Artisa Spa.
c. Electronic Gift Cards can only be redeemed online through our Website and cannot be used over the phone or in person.
d. Physical Gift Cards can only be used to book appointments over the phone or in person and must be presented to the spa reception at the time of the appointment.
3. Gift Card Value and Limitations:
a. Gift Cards hold a monetary value equivalent to the amount specified at the time of purchase.
b. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, and any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and cannot be refunded.
c. Gift Cards cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless otherwise specified by Artisa Spa.
d. If the cost of the service exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by an alternative payment method accepted by Artisa Spa.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards:
a. Artisa Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.
b. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
c. Electronic Gift Cards only can be resent via email if lost, subject to security check.
d. Treat your Gift Card like cash, as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

5. Expiration and Extension:
a. Gift Cards expire one year from the date of purchase, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
b. Artisa Spa may, at its sole discretion, extend the expiration date of a Gift Card in certain circumstances. To request an extension, contact Artisa Spa directly.

6. Non-Transferable:
a. Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

7. Limitation of Liability:
a. Artisa Spa and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
b. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. Artisa Spa reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms and conditions on our Website.
