Our Cancelation Policy

We charge a part of the service's price as a booking fee and it is required from all clients.  This is to protect the time that is set aside, especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up very quickly.  In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full undivided attention and of course, the best treatments London has to offer!  As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment via email or SMS.  All alteration requests must be made via phone on 0208 558 8268 during opening hours or via our contact us page at www.artisaspa.co.uk/contact-us


APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy.  This means that you need to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to be eligible for a booking fee refund.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit your booking fee or we will deduct the treatment from your prepaid package.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service as a late cancellation fee or we will deduct the treatment from your prepaid package.  If an appointment has already been rescheduled once with less than 48 hours notice, it can not be rescheduled again and cancelling it will forfeit your booking fee or we will deduct the treatment from your prepaid package.


RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
We operate a 24-hour rescheduling policy.  
This means that you can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment,  providing that the new date falls no later than two weeks from the original (subject to availability).  Appointments rescheduled for more than two weeks from the original appointment will be treated as cancellations.  Requests with less than 24 hours' notice will be rejected.
 

NO-SHOW POLICY

Failing to show up for your appointment or arriving late will get you marked as a "no-show".​  It is up to our discretion and we reserve the right to mark any client who is late past the 10-minute mark as a no-show.  Treatments past the no-show mark may not be carried out.​  If you fail to show up,  you will be charged 100% of your service as a late cancellation fee or we will deduct the treatment from your prepaid package.  To avoid this you can simply let us know that you're not coming up to 24 hours before your appointment.


LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service.  
If your service is shortened due to your late arrival or if you wish to end your session early,  you will still be charged the full cost of the service or the treatment will be deducted from your prepaid package.


INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR
We reserve the right to refuse or immediately withdraw treatment as well as terminate packages of clients who make inappropriate remarks or who display inappropriate behaviour before or during treatment sessions.  In such situations,  no refunds will be given and the client will be permanently banned from the premises.
 

TERMINATION OF TREATMENT
If treatment is terminated on grounds of inappropriate behaviour,  the client will be required to pay the full price and will not be offered further treatment.  If the treatment was part of a prepaid package/treatment plan,  the package/plan will be suspended immediately and no refunds will be given.
