Cancellation Policy

At Artisa Spa, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and care to our clients. In order to ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients in a timely and efficient manner, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy.

 

CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice when cancelling an appointment. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a late cancellation fee of 100% of the service(s) cost being charged to the client.

 

Example: If a client schedules a £100 massage appointment and cancels with less than 48 hours' notice, they will be charged £100.

 

RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS

Clients may reschedule their appointments with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide the required notice will result in a late reschedule fee of 50% of the service(s) cost being charged to the client.

 

Example: If a client schedules an £80 facial appointment and reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice, they will be charged £40.

 

ALTERATION REQUESTS

All alteration requests must be made via phone on 0208 558 8268 during opening hours or via our contact us page at www.artisaspa.co.uk/contact-us. We will do our best to accommodate any alteration requests, but please note that we cannot guarantee availability.

 

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we do not make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. This includes but is not limited to illness, family emergencies, traffic, or inclement weather. We encourage our clients to plan accordingly and provide us with ample notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

 

NO-SHOW POLICY

If a client does not show up for their appointment within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, it will be considered a no-show. The client will be charged 100% of the service(s) cost and will need to reschedule their appointment.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

Artisa Spa has a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour. Any client who engages in such behaviour will be asked to leave the spa and will be charged 100% of the service(s) cost.

 

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Artisa Spa reserves the right to modify or terminate this policy at any time without notice. By scheduling an appointment with Artisa Spa, you agree to abide by this policy and all other policies and procedures of the spa.
