Artisa Spa Rewards – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Artisa Spa Rewards Programme ("Programme"), operated by Artisa Spa. By enrolling in or using the Programme, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1. Membership in the Artisa Spa Rewards Programme ("Artisa Spa Rewards") is free and open to all individual clients of Artisa Spa.

1.2. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the details provided are accurate and up to date.

2. Earning Artisa Points

2.1. Members earn loyalty points, referred to as Artisa Points, through qualifying activities including but not limited to:

Booking services at Artisa Spa
Purchasing packages
Following or engaging with us on social media
Participating in promotional campaigns or referrals

2.2. Artisa Spa reserves the right to amend or expand the ways in which Artisa Points can be earned at any time without prior notice.

3. Redeeming Points

3.1. Artisa Points can be redeemed for eligible services or rewards as specified by Artisa Spa.

3.2. Redemption offers may change periodically. Some rewards may be subject to availability or restrictions.

4. Points Validity and Expiry

4.1. Artisa Points are valid for a limited time. If there is no activity on a member's account for three (3) consecutive months, 50% of the total points balance will automatically expire.

4.2. "Inactivity" refers to a lack of any qualifying transactions or engagement, including service bookings or reward redemptions.

5. Non-Transferability and No Cash Value

5.1. Artisa Points are non-transferable and may not be combined, sold, gifted, traded, or assigned to any other individual or account.

5.2. Artisa Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent under any circumstances.

6. Membership Termination

6.1. Artisa Spa reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership in the Programme at its sole discretion if it believes there has been abuse, misconduct, or a breach of these Terms.

6.2. If your account is terminated or the Programme is discontinued, all unused points will be forfeited.

7. Changes to the Programme

7.1. Artisa Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Programme and/or its Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

7.2. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any amendments to these Terms.

8. General

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
