Service Description

Maintain that full, fluttery look with a precise cluster lash refill. We gently cleanse the eye area, remove any lifted or outgrown clusters, then replace and rebalance to restore symmetry, volume, and lift. Your therapist will perfectly blend new clusters into your existing set for a seamless, soft finish—so you leave looking fresh, camera-ready, and beautifully polished. 🚫 Restrictions: • Refills are suitable within ~7 days of your original cluster set and require at least 40% of lashes remaining; otherwise, a full set may be recommended. • Not suitable during active eye infections, severe irritation, or immediately after eye surgery. • Patch test required at least 24 hours before your first lash appointment with us (not needed for returning clients who’ve already been patch-tested). • If your original set was applied elsewhere, a brief consultation is required; in some cases, removal and a new set may be advised to protect your natural lashes. 🔹 Good to Know: • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes (no mascara or oils). • Keep lashes dry for 24 hours post-refill and avoid steam, saunas, swimming, and oil-based products around the eyes. • Do not pick or pull; brush gently with a clean spoolie to maintain shape. • Cluster lashes are temporary (typically 3–7 days with careful aftercare). For continuous fullness, book refills every 5–7 days or consider switching to semi-permanent individual extensions. • Contact lenses should be removed before treatment and can be reinserted afterwards. Cancellation Policy

Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
