Service Description
Enjoy a tailored combination of intimate waxing and both underarms, using non-strip hot wax throughout for extra comfort on sensitive skin. Choose the finish that suits you, and leave feeling fresh, smooth, and ready for anything. 📃 Service Options (Intimate & Underarms): ✔ Bikini & Underarms – Neat tidy of the bikini line ✔ Extended Bikini & Underarms – More contoured shape, slightly inside the line ✔ Brazilian & Underarms – Bare front and labia with a strip/triangle remaining ✔ Hollywood & Underarms – Completely bare, front and back 🚫 Restrictions: • Not suitable with active skin irritation, open wounds, or recent sunburn. • Avoid if using retinoids/strong exfoliants, or undergoing laser/peel treatments in the area. • Recent piercings or surgery in treatment zones must be fully healed. 🔹 Good to Know: • 10% discount already included in the price. • We use premium non-strip hot wax for intimate areas and underarms to minimise pull on the skin. • Hair should be ~0.5 cm long (about a grain of rice) for best results; avoid shaving 2–3 weeks beforehand. • Gently exfoliate 24 hours pre-appointment; post-wax, avoid heat, tight clothing, workouts, and deodorant on underarms for 24–48 hours. • We can wax during menstruation—please wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup. Cancellations/rescheduling for this reason follow our standard policies.
Cancellation Policy
Artisa Spa's appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide 48 hours' notice to cancel an appointment and 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Late cancellation incurs a 100% service cost fee, while late rescheduling incurs a 50% service cost fee. Alteration requests must be made via phone or the spa's website. The spa has a no-show policy and a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour. Clients must agree to abide by the policy when scheduling an appointment.
