Cancellation Policy

Artisa Spa operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. This means that you need to give a minimum of 48 hours' notice to be eligible for a booking fee refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit your booking fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service as a late cancellation fee.
